Do you have your own factory, or is it a trading company?
We are a silicone manufacturing company with our own manufacturing base in Shenzhen — not a trading company. Factory certifications include ISO 9001, ISO 13485, FDA, SEDEX and BSCI.
What do I need to provide for customization?
Just a specific product idea is enough to start. Drawings are helpful but not required — our professional designers and engineers will help you turn an idea into a manufacturable product.
Do custom products require a mold fee?
Yes — for new customized products, a mold fee is charged to advance production, calculated according to your product and the mold material. Once your mold is created, we maintain it regularly, and you can keep using it at no additional mold cost as long as the design stays the same.
Can you print my logo and match my colors?
Yes. We support screen printing, heat transfer printing, laser printing, and embossed or debossed finishes — you only need to provide the logo artwork. For colors, provide a Pantone reference or discuss color-mixing options with our designers.
How do you protect my design? Do you support NDA?
Yes, we sign an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) with you. All your designs, samples and molds are strictly protected throughout the cooperation.
How do you ship? Can you deliver to Amazon warehouses?
For small orders or samples we usually use air freight and express delivery (FedEx, DHL, UPS, TNT). For larger quantities, sea and air freight are preferred. We can also ship directly to Amazon warehouses, applying FBA labels to cartons and barcode stickers to boxes.
